Located in the heart of the Research Triangle, Longfellow saw the new facility as a hub that their tenants could use as an amenity space that features the comforts of home.

Office Revolution was brought on board with its fresh, modern design that would appeal to tenants. The commodious space was divided into areas fit for both quiet and socializing. Designed by Little Architecture, the 4,600 square-foot space includes breakout areas, huddle rooms, a conference room, and a flexible area for learning.

Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for an abundance of natural light to pour in, breathing fresh energy into the space. Light neutral tones and wood furnishings are balanced against bold and bright colors, creating a cohesive and inviting environment. Breakout areas were furnished with a variety of comfortable seating options, including Studio TK’s versatile Clique Benches, a Margot Sofa by Gus Modern and a ModShop Stockholm Sofa in Emerald Green Velvet, bringing simple clean lines and cozy cushions for easy elegance. A variety of chairs and stools from Studio TK’s Beso collection provide stylish, yet simplistic seating around café tables and countertops.

Huddle rooms intended for those looking to focus and collaborate are furnished with Teknion Zones Canteen tables. For more formal meetings, the conference room is outfitted with a Teknion Punt Mitis Table. This mid-century modern design embraces a new kind of sophistication with exquisite detail, and is ideal for hosting large meetings.

The flex-learning space is the perfect setting for a presentation or training session. Allseating Tuck Nester chairs and custom training tables allow for quick setups and easy reconfigurations. The furnishings can be adapted to accommodate a variety of needs, making it the ideal location for a variety of events.
