Office Revolution, a leading contract furniture company headquartered in Chicago has finally found a place to call home as they expand into Columbus, Ohio. The company had been working out of temporary space since last year while searching for a permanent location. NAI Ohio Equities’ Office Brokerage Group, consisting of Andy Dutcher, Matt Gregory and Philip Bird recently worked on finding Office Revolution their 5,193 SF space at 551 S. Front Street in the Brewery District.

“We considered many downtown options such as Franklinton and Short North, but ultimately the opportunity we had in the Brewery District to have a free-standing building you can brand your own along with convenient parking for customers won the deal,” stated Andy Dutcher, the agent working with Office Revolution.

Office Revolution is the largest Teknion dealer in the Midwest. The company was founded in 2001 and has about $70 million in annual revenue. The opening of the new office in Columbus adds 8 of staff to their 64 employees in Chicago.
